2/ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED

The purpose of the Website is to provide a description of the ‘Carpe Diem’ building located at La Défense and the various improvement projects for the building.

By using the Website, the user is deemed to have implicitly and unreservedly agreed to these terms and conditions of use. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, in particular to comply with any new regulations or to improve consultation of the Website. Users of the Website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The legal notice may also be modified at any time. It will be binding on the user, who should regularly read the legal notice in order to be aware of any changes.

Ofi Invest Real Estate undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data from the Website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
